Q: Do rental times include set up or take down? 

A: All rental times do not include set up or take down, for example, 2pm to 6pm means ready to go at 2pm, take down after 6pm.

Q: Is a deposit or payment required? 

A: Payment is due before or on the day of your event. Payment can be made via: 

● Wire (email for information) 

● A debit or credit card may be used. An additional 3.75% will be charged.

● Cash is acceptable prior to set up 

● Mail check to Po Box 5898 Vail, Co 81658 made out to Resort Kids Colorado. Please include date of event, times, and your name with the check so it can be matched with your reservation.

Q: What happens if there is inclement weather? 

A: We will communicate with all renters should weather be a concern. We will typically err on the side of caution if weather may potentially jeopardize the safety of the users. Once a jump is set up, full rental fee is required. We are not responsible for weather conditions from that point on.

Q: What type of foundation can you set up on? 

A: Setting up on grass is always preferred. The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Concrete and asphalt are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable. 

We use industrial tent stakes. They are 2ft and are securely pounded in the ground for extra security. We also use sandbags. We will always ask about your irrigation pattern. Resort Kids Colorado is not responsible for any damage to irrigation pipes or any other unforeseen pipes that lay underground.

Q: Do I need to supply my own power? 

A: We require a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker (standard household outlet) to run 2 blowers that keeps the inflatable inflated. If you are aware your electricity has trouble powering more than one device or you will be adding other devices; such as, music systems, popcorn machines, etc, we strongly recommend renting an industrial generator. We can rent to you gas powered generators for an additional fee.

Q: Do you charge for delivery? 

A: Delivery is free within Eagle County. Out of town rentals are quoted individually based on day, time, mileage, and labor required.

Q: What are the supervision requirements? 

A: All units require an attendant. The attendant needs to be present at time of set up and for the duration of the rental. Resort Kids Colorado does not offer any type of supervision under the business license of Resort Kids Colorado LLC or Moudy Productions LLC. Our staff can be asked or hired by the lessee to act as an attendant under their own behalf for an additional $30/hr. Resort Kids Colorado will do everything possible to ensure the security of our inflatables! It is up to you, the lessee, to ensure the inflatables are supervised at all times!
